Established almost four decades ago, Hutchinson Realty Development LLC, owns and leases residential apartments, commercial buildings, industrial rentals, offices, etc. Currently, the total number for the 2007 - 2008 school year occupancy has risen to 200 students with roughly a 99% occupancy and a few spots may be available.

Our company currently employs 50 persons in the greater Williamsport Area, which includes full-time maintenance personnel, complete office staff, leasing agents, and properties manager.

Our "sister" comapny LGN Management LLC enjoys a Perferred Developer status with National Chains and is currently building and developing centers across Pennsylvania and New York.
