The Gargoyle Mansion was built in the 18th century by Seth
T. Foresman. The 16th mayor of Williamsport was once an
in habitant of this house. This building features 10 separate
apartments ranging from an efficiency to 1,2,3, and 4 bedroom
apartments. It is located two blocks from the Penn College campus.
This building boasts an onsite laundry facility as well
as onsite parking. There is keyed security with an intercom
system. The building underwent a complete renovation to
its exterior and interior in 2003.
